When I called to speak with my mom’s usual representative, I found out they were on holiday. Fortunately, Bheam R. stepped in to assist me. He attentively listened to my issue and assured me he would consult with his supervisor and call me back. I was skeptical, as callbacks often take a long time or never happen. However, Bheam exceeded my expectations by returning my call within five minutes. He promptly emailed the necessary docs and resolved the issue in just 15 minutes. This was a truly outstanding customer service experience. Bheam demonstrated remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and kindness in handling my request, which was ultimately for my mother’s benefit. "I am writing to share my recent experience at your bank branch located at 25 maple Ave New Rochelle . On May 23, 2024, I visited the branch with the intention of opening a checking and savings account. However, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the account opening process would take approximately 15 minutes, but it ended up stretching to almost an hour. The representative who was assisting me seemed disinterested and distracted throughout the entire interaction. I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism displayed. She informed me she was retired and only work two days a week. Moreover, I was informed that I was being denied the opportunity to open an account due to an outstanding credit card debt from a previous bank. While I understand the importance of financial obligations, the dismissive attitude and lack of empathy shown by the representative left me deeply disappointed. Overall, the experience left a lasting negative impression on me, and I am reluctant to consider banking with your institution in the future. I believe that customer service should be a top priority for any business, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this. "The only reason why I'm writing this is because my husband and I have had enough with this specific Ridgewood Bank. I hate to say this but this is my experience.....if you're brown, don't look like you live in the area or simply they don't recognize you.... you WILL be asked to prove your identity. Now that doesn't sound bad because it's to keep your account safe and I totally agree with the extra security. My issue is when you're the only one being asked to present an ID even when they ask you the security questions, which are correctly answered. Every single time this has been mine or my husband experience. I go to this location because it's closer to where I live but I rather go in the Bronx where I feel less safe than come to this location and being treated like I don't belong."

"Izeta Durakovic, the branch manager, is incomparable when it comes to customer service. She treats you like family when you go into the bank. I opened a business account here and everyone is so wonderful here I decided to open a personal account too! You can tell her staff is happy working there as well- everyone is so nice. The bank also has parking!"
