Only thing I'm seeing recent;y is longer wait time in lobby, not sure can be since it's the holidays and staff might have been on vacation and/ or out."
"Staff is pleasant. Never had an issue inside. However, it seems like the parking lot was designed so that no one would ever use it. You have to be on Lincoln going south to get in so during the day when there's a lot of traffic it's an absolute pain to get into. Terrible design and a waste of space since no one ever uses it."

I continued to wait for the customer service representative. I was going to rate it 2 stars, but when she attended to my request she was very nice and accommodating."
