"My experience with this branch couldn't have been better. Everyone was exceedingly helpful, especially Valene Samuels. The most important thing to me is the fact that they took the time to listen to me. They really listened. Then, they listened more and began to ask questions about my life and money goals. They made recommendations, and at no time did I feel pressured into getting something I knew I didn't want or need. Their guidance helped me put together an immediate plan for a longer-term strategy. I've been hesitant about investing, and now I feel a bit empowered enough to make concrete decisions. That's what makes this branch special. They are all lovely. Every single one of them. Thank you! "I would give this bank and this branch a ZERO. The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. I only joined the bank as it was referred to me but if anyone is thinking of swtiching to this bank, take this as a warning, DONT. Run and find another bank. My case was not too complicated but in the year and few weeks that I have been a part of the bank, my money has been held hostage, I have dealt with NUMEROUS branch managers and so called gold members liasons and nothing has changed. In the last few weeks I have waisted about 10 hours of my life (going to the bank and speaking with their customer services) and my issue has yet to be resolved. Update: with the exception of the two males that assist in opening accounts and the tellers and manager that helps in the front (NOT relationship manager) the branch is ok but the bank itself is terrible and the relationship manager is clearly not competent to deal with her clients. My new account is now on hold for no reason."

"Update: 1/9/2020 6:04 pm Was almost robbed at the drive-thru by two people in that SUV. Called police, investigation ongoing. Citibank refuses to have a guard. Since they let Trader Joe's customers use their lot, escape was nearly impossible. This was my last time at Citibank. It's too dangerous. No parking, no guard, not safe, but a service charge every month for what? Glad to be moving my money out by the end of this year. Don't come here if you want a decent experience."

"I ordered a new debit card and received a new card addressed to me with someone else’s name. I went to the branch to speak with someone about it and the manager didn’t have a minute to talk to me. I was told they would call me as soon as they had a chance. I’m still waiting for a phone call. Do not use Citibank! There is no excuse for the mistake they made with my account."
