Never faced similar issues with other competitor banks. The bank employee and manager was also unprofessional and unhelpful to solve customer problems. I was mislead my its perfect google reviews. Better select a different branch or bank if you have time sensitive banking service request. Now thinking about cancelling all my banking relationship with WF, which I had used for over 10 years."
