"This place always has a line out the door no matter the time. The lady in the wheelchair is ALWAYS the only one working. Worst chase in westchester. Not only do we have to deal with it but the staff has the audacity to take there time, talk, laugh before taking customers. It seems theres no sense of urgency and I recommend a manager from a different territory to come and take over this location."

"Staff is very pleasant but its its impossible to get in contact with someone over the phone. Ive called over 2 days and no one ever answers mind you I was sitting in the lobby to testing this too. Needs much improvement or should be shutdown."
