"Sharing this on behalf of someone else… her elderly dad went into this Wells Fargo, was made to wait an hour there to transfer money, then was not allowed to use a bathroom and had to relieve himself in the parking lot to avoid having an accident/ Please use a different bank, this one has no respect for human beings."

"come at 4.00 pm to see customer service for wire transfer, there are two customer services taking care customer and the two teller busy chit chatting without noticing I was sitting right there waiting for customer service. one with customer the other just finish the customer. At 4.20 pm the teller told me has to come back tomorrow cause there are no customer service available. Clearly there are one customer service available sitting on her desk doing nothing. the bank closed 5 pm and at 4.20 pm no longer taking customer??? You should put the sign at the door the last customer at 4:00 pm and just lock the door rather than put the sign bank closed at 5:00 pm They should told me right away if customer service stop serving client at 4:00 pm rather than make me wait without knowing nothing will get done, what a waste of time."

"This branch needs a sign in sheet for when you want to sit with someone to open a CD or other investment account. We sat there for over half an hour and no one even acknowledged us. 2 other customers came in and were taken right away with no one even asking if anyone else was waiting. We walked out"

"The highest customer service I have ever received on a branch Ruth and Ramy were so helpful handling all my small business transactions. They really understand what customer obsession means and how to earn the customer trust I went to this branch couple times after I didn’t receive the service I was expecting from Morris Ave union Nj branch and Market street Saddlebrook Nj branch They were supportive exceeding expectations and they are the main reason I didn’t close my business accounts with Wellsfargo till now. I would like to thank the tellers, the bankers, the managers of this branch and wish them Happy Holidays"

"Don't use the Wells Fargo Branch in Ridgewood NJ. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 1993 with multiple accounts. We recently went to our local branch in Ridgewood NJ to dispute multiple overdrafts in the same day for our son who is in college. We started a conversation with a person in the front office who was unable to help us so she got the Branch Manager Luis Ramirez. His customer service skills were at a 0 level (Wells Fargo should improve this). Instead of taking the time and sitting with us he just stood there and proceeded to tell us what we did wrong with and what he can't do. I told him that we would contact Wells Fargo directly and he was fine with that. Really? I asked for his business card and he went back to his office and never returned. I stood in front of the person we started with and asked is he coming out with his business card. She went back and returned with his card. He never came back out! So I guess he did not value Wells Fargo's business with their customers or anything else. I went home and spoke to a Wells Fargo customer representative who was able to explain in detail everything with the account and received a concession on the account. I then went to the Wells Fargo branch in Fair Lawn NJ to close the account and they were very understanding and a delight to work with. Wells Fargo lost a customer for life! I guess they are doing very well considering all the press they have received in the past week."
