"Loved my experience at this branch! Krystal Coleman was awesome and so sweet. I recently opened an acct here. She took her time to explain all of my options and was so thorough I was pleasantly surprised. Banking isn't always the funnest thing to do but she made it such a breeze. It was great!"
"Went in to open a business account and observed more than 7 employees doing nothing. I sat in the chairs for at least 10 minutes before someone approached me. Then another 5 waiting with two kids. Trying to figure out why opening accounts is not a priority for a bank like chase? We just walked out. If you don’t enjoy your jobs please quit!"
"I recently opened an account at this branch. Maria Kotlar was the young woman who assisted me. I could sense that she was not feeling very well, with either a pretty nasty cold or severe allergy attack,whatever, Maria carried on with upmost professional and patiece as my account involved a complicated issue involving a beneficiary matter which turned out to be much longer than just opening up a regular account. She took her time, never rushing me and I appreciated her excellent help despite how lousy she felt, in fact as soon as we were done, she rushed off to the doctor! Thank you, Maria!"
