Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"The worst customer service! I can’t believe they’re my bank! Seriously thinking about closing my account there that I’ve had for over 20 years!! I didn’t get the name of the female that I was speaking to but she was so rude. I needed to stop payment on a check that got lost and she kept on repeating you have Mobil app? Use it. I’m like????????? She wouldn’t let me talk she just kept on repeating use Mobil app and I literally had to scream STOP!! can you let me talk? She then transferred me to some 800 customer service number. Why work there if you’re not going to help your customers??"

"I love Bank of America I been a customer for many years but not this location every time I go there they discriminate me because I’m Spanish always making difficult for every single transaction.. they ask for social security card driver license and my debit card I don’t understand. When I go to the others location my debit card is enough. So from now on I prefer to driver 25 to 30 minutes an been treated with respect and professional people"

"Arguably the rudest and most insulting BoA Branch I've ever worked with. Branch Manager insulting and needs to go sensitivity training. Treated like an absolute imbecile and as if the Branch was doing me the favor holding my business deposit. (For the record, I hold a BA and an MBA from Top Tier US Business Schools, and serve as the head of finance for a Multi-Million$ Publicly traded organization supported by a staff of Finance professionals, CPA's and Lawyers) While my relationship with BoA and Merrill is too strong to sever, I will certainly never walk into this branch ever again... ~DG"
