Chase Bank

"Walked into the bank to add someone on my account, only to wait for 30 minutes then be told they won’t take me and help me, although I have been a client at this specific bank for more than 15 years now. The gentlemen sitting in his office was on the phone when I walked in and when he finished his call didn’t even ask if I needed help or anything. Instead he sat in his office, other people walked into the bank after me and he assisted them instead of me. The other lady at the bank was helping other clients and advised that she can’t help me because they are going to take time to finish what she was doing for the current clients. She didn’t offer to help after she finished all she cared about was leaving at 2pm even though all I needed would take 15 minutes as she advised. Quite honestly this banks customer service has been getting worse and worse every time I visit."
