TD Bank

"This morning, I called the RIDGEWOOD branch of TD Bank and spoke to assistant manager. She was rude, inconsiderate, demeaning not nice and very unpleasant.. she did not help me. She did not answer any of my questions and she tried to send me off to another section. She would not listen. She tried to over talk in the conversation and she cut me off many times I’m making a complaint to corporate and writing a letter this is not how you do business banking. This is not how you do business anywhere this is not how RIDGEWOOD neighbors are treated . I give TD Bank a poor rating for customer service a poor rating for giving information a poor rating on customer service"

"This is the longest I've EVER had to wait to replace a debit card at a bank in my entire life. If you're a TD customer I highly recommend going to a different branch. Worse service ever."

"I called this afternoon attempting to assist a TD bank member . I was greeted by a teller name Nicole and I introduce myself and let her know I have the member on the other line . Before I can explain the reason for the call Nicole told me she could not help me and disconnected me and the call. I redial and the phone was disconnected . It is truly unprofessional how this call was handle and I will report to higher management"

"Hello TD bank Ridgewood. I’m very unhappy with the listening skills of the front desk. I went in there today for a simple deposit today. I also wanted to withdraw some money. Withdraw went perfectly, but sadly the front desk screwed up and decided to pick the account opposite from the card and pin I gave them. This was a huge mistake! Why would you pick the account that was opposite from the card I gave. Better communication and better judgment ladies!!!! Use the account that is connected to the card PLEASE!"

"We arrived at 3:15 for a reservation. We waited for 30 minutes outside without any contact whatsoever. The one worker who was actually working had no idea what he was doing, the blond woman was chatting on the phone, and the other guy was not doing anything and could have easily serviced us. Definitely not coming back to a TD bank."
