"Extremely rude staff, specifically Nelson Torres. Changed appointment times for a notary due to my husband’s schedule (at best an 10 minute appointment). Upon arrival, he did not realize I was in the waiting area as directed by his fellow colleague. "Disgusting Customer Service I walk into the bank the older lady sitting left to the door is helping a customer after shes done with them she looks at me puzzled as says you have to wait, there are no customers to help but me and the other gentleman to right as helping customers. He heard what she said and asked her wait why does he have to wait? She replied because I dont know what he wants… YOUR THE TELLER YOU TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU I TELL YOU WHAT I NEED YOU TELL ME IF YOU CAN BE OF SERVICE TO WHAT I NEED THAT SIMPLE I WAS RACIALLY STEREOTYPED AT THIS BANK AND WILL NEVER RETURN THERE OR DO BUSINESS AGAIN"
