Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) 2604 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10710

"My daughter, who’s a teenager was allowed to overdraw by 600 dollars. She was involved in a scam, and has a police report. The manager, Ms. Gonzalez, has accused my daughter of depositing fraudulent checks into her account, then the bank posted them as valid checks. The checks were deposited by a scammer. Bank of America has called it a self scam and will not even acknowledge that my daughter was a victim of a terrifying scam, where her life was threatened. My daughter has an average balance of 300 dollars in her checking since she does not work and is a college student. Representatives did not alert her over the phone to these kinds of scams and spent less than a minute questioning her about this unusual Zelle transfer. Now, she owes this bank 600 dollars and they are threatening to ruin her credit and negatively affect her opening any future accounts outside of BOA. I’m only asking them to return her balance to 0, so that she loses her 300 dollars. This was her first banking experience and her money was not protected by Bank of America. Really horrible policies!!!!"

"Honestly this location is so much better compared to cross county. Associates are attentive, great customer service, ans patient. Yes they are short staffed at time but thats not there fault but the BOA Franchise. I truly prefer coming to this branch cross county is horrible but this one exactly knew what I need."

"The teller didnt have customer service skills, did not know how to talk to a client. After making a deposit in somone account i told her that I would like to buy a check using my personal account and her attitude and meaning were like I was to let her know before she change the screen no sure why if is a different account. While buying a check and to avoid the same attitude, before she close the screen I said to her that I would like to do some withdraw for what she answered to me " You are asking for too many things at once! I really felt by this answer like I was at a public assistance office asking for help."

"This a convenient bank with a drive-thru!! Also, it has a beautiful showroom and there's a lot of natural light. The reception desk is attentive and waiting to answer any questions. Parking is easy and if you go through the drive-through it's even easier. Sometimes, you don't even realize its the same bank because they're about a football field away from each other. They have everything to offer that every other bank does. I would recommend to shop and compare and you might like what you find here. Just be patient, as the standards of banking industry have dropped over the years. Whatever the case this Bank of America is worth a try."

"Nobody checking on people waiting to be tend after. Group of people sitting on the couch and everybody waiting for assistance. Don't know if they are understaffed or just don't bother. This is second time I had terrible experience at this location. I will take my business to Citi bank few miles down."
