"I don’t even know where to start. I was running to a few banks to change my name, due to a marriage. There was a huge difference in the customer service I received here and other banks. I’ve had Wells Fargo for over 15 years, back when it used to be Wachovia and I’ve never had a problem until I came to this particular location. Now I’m worried about going to other locations to finish what I couldn’t here.. it seems all Wells Fargo’s reviews are negative in my search. I arrived to the bank and was not greeted at the door. There were two bankers talking at their desk and I felt uncomfortable approaching them. After explaining that I needed to change my name on my account they said I needed to wait 30 mins for a wire transfer to complete. I was confused and for awhile didn’t respond trying to understand what she was talking about. Then she directed me to the teller who asked me what I needed. After telling her what I needed, she asked me for my debit card and then called the same woman who directed me to her (who was sitting 10 feet away lol) and told me that there’s only two bankers here that are working on a wire transfer that will take 32 minutes. She asked if I would sit and wait to which I responded uhm no and walked away. I have better things to do than to be treated like an unvalued customer tyvm."

"Really bothers me that I had to write this review since peggy Catherine was very helpful and respectful unfortunately Nuryz Almeida was not she just looked at me with a blank face I figured she was just having a bad day but that wasn’t the case after saying hi to her since she couldn’t even say that and telling her what I needed help with she just dump me into the corner and said I’m not sure if anyone could help you here…..but just wait there…… making me feel like a piece of trash. While waiting there and taking a deep breath she greeted everyone very happy with a big smile that’s when I realized it was the color of my skin that she didn’t like. Btw I had never experienced this in my life."

"The worst. Donna Moy-Waletzki is incompetent. When formal complaints are lodged and escalated through two levels of executive management, there is still no resolution. Take your money elsewhere."
