"I just sat around for 30 mins to find out "we have a problem". Apparently there is anew policy that this person forgot to look at a d never checked. You cannot deposit bonds until a year. I am less than 3 weeks shorts (march 24) so rather then tell me this ahead of time my time was wastes, my bonds were signed and crossed out and I am using td down the street. "Every time I go into this branch, I see staffers engrossed in their cell phones, and I have to interrupt to get their attention. Also I rarely see the same face twice, except for one of the tellers who seems to stick around through the years. After I was forced to drive to the Chase in Franklin Lakes (because the Oakland Chase informed us unapologetically that they do not have a notary), I suddenly realized that it is possible to have a friendly banking atmosphere where the staff show a genuine interest in their customers' satisfaction experience. It was then that I realized that Oakland Chase does the bare minimum, in a cold, computer-like fashion. From now on I will drive the extra distance to Franklin Lakes."
