TD Bank

"I've been a custumer at this Branch of T.D bank and I have to say, they need to work on their customer service. Its just terrible starting with the manager, just a reminder if the custumer goes to a different Bank you loose."

"I was there yesterday, the line for the teller was back to the door. There was only 2 people working and 10 customers in the bank, customer service is the pits. When it was Commerce Bank it was great, ever since TD took over it has been going downhill."

"Customer service is just terrible! I needed something notarized (I have multiple accounts with them). I began to explain and he automatically said no i do not do those. And i asked him why and he said he knew the form i was talking about. When i asked what form, he didn't know what i was talking about. He still refused to budge. I asked him if i could at least come into the branch to show it to him. He would not let me do that either. When i asked him his name he hung up on me. I'm not sure how this guy was hired. This phone call occurred at approx 1:15 on March 25th. I hope TD is able to track this guy down and disciplinary action is taken."
