"There is one Asian man start working there. He seemed he doesnt know what he is doing. He also ignore what i said and keep processing it. I start complaining to him because he brushed me off and keep doing that i didnt ask him to do. later manager came out and protecting this worker without trying to listen from customer point of view. Manager also was pointing out my manner was rude but im trying to explain why i became like this to point out what the asian worker did to me. Manager was against customer and not trying to help the situation. I asked asian worker name to manager and the manager said " why you have to know " Is that correct attitude from manager ? You should trying to underatand why customer was frustrate about. Not just telling customer "you are rude"."
