Capital One Bank 755 U.S. 1, Woodbridge Township, NJ 08830

"Wish I could leave zero stars!!! This bank as a whole company is horrible!! A govt check deposited here over 2 weeks ago and they will NOT clear it. Told we have to wait 90 days!! Customer service absolutely sucks!!! No one can give a reason y it's being held. And they won't give us the check back so we can go to a real bank to deposit it. Beyond frustrated!!!! Don't do business with Capital One!!!"

"This is my first time leaving a review. My husband and I felt very disrespected at this location. This branch location is extremely unprofessional. If you would like to be disrespected as a customer then this location is perfect. They will disrespect you rather than try to provide solutions. The teller, Beth made sure to disrespect and humiliate us with her remarks( I will not get into full details). She even rolled her eyes at my husband and I when we gave her an answer to a question she asked as if we were lying. Also, one of the other bank tellers showed us other peoples checks to prove a point. Very inappropriate behavior for a financial establishment. Please go to a different branch if you can. I have already reported this to customer service."

"I have had Capital One for years now and have even worked for the company. I always had good things to say. I drove all the way up to this branch form Philly to get a cashiers check because I was closing on my house. I was so nervous and Jose the bank teller was so nice. After a few weeks, I received a wonderful home welcoming gift. The thing is that they didn't know that two days after we moved into the house I was carjacked and robbed. It was a very hard week and I was really upset. So to receive this gift really meant so much and made me realize that there is still good people in this world. Thank you!"

"Great location, conveniently located on route 1, near the mall and super close to the new Jersey parkway. There is an atm, lots of parking, easy access on and off route 1, the people are very professional, service is always fast and friendly. If u need cash and are close by, stop in for sure..."
