We were greeted when we walked in and were taken care of immediately. All questions were answered and advised of more products that could offer more service for our needs. Thanks so much."

"I have been banking with citizens bank for over a year now, and I absolutely Love all of their employees. The tellers are extremely friendly and courteous always greeting me as soon as I walk in. Everyone always has a smile on their face. Because of how welcoming they are, and how helpful they have been in answering all of my questions; I have opened up a few accounts with them. I am going to be opening several business bank accounts with them as well. I met with one of their advisers who was more then helpful she answered all of my questions, and gave me some material to read through. After reviewing everything I feel very comfortable moving forward with opening up a business bank account with this branch. I would recommend this bank to Everyone I know. "I was very disappointed when they actually wanted me to call another branch to get documents they needed from them to assist me. I ended up calling since it was several days later and they had yet to call the branch only to find out the branch could not assist me. They stated Springfield branch had to contact them not the customer. You can imagine my frustration."

"Not liking the Investors Bank takeover by Citizens. In line for 20 min to make a deposit and line isn't moving. Not sure if the tellers know what they are doing."

Usually the teller would.make it know it was a crowd in the bank but today and the last visit I had no one said anything.to.me After pressing the help button several times I was then told it was crowded and had to wait. I asked for additional.slips.and wasnt provided any. Im.beginning not.to.like this location"
