"I guess Chase is not interested in opening up new accounts. Walked in for the third time to this location. As with my previous two visits, I walked out not accomplishing any of my goals. I was initially told they were short staffed and only had an appointment for 3pm. I agreed to wait the two hours and the representative looked confused. He was surprised that I would wait that long and then said “I just refreshed my system and we don’t have anything available”. Needless to say I was turned away without any resolution."
