"PNC MILLBURN BRANCH After providing required ID. Teller refused to honor my check...Took my license to the back somewhere for more than 10min... returned with no explanation after I loudly announced that I was filling a complaint of IDENTITY THEFT.....That Teller should be Investigated"

"I will give it a (-)minus on customer service. Worst i have experienced ever. The 2 ladies were first chitchatting and tell me to wait , when they werent attending to any customer, and then tell me that since it will take too long they can not help me today. What nonsense!!!"

"I would rather give it zero stars worse banking services ever and on top it last week I went to withdraw money and was given a fake $100 and when I took it back they confiscated the bill and didn't reimburse me telling me that even if I had returned 10 minutes later they couldn't return the money.. be sure to check your withdrawal before you leave the teller, I n my opinion people working at the bank should be able to recognize funny money."
