- Kanas Lobby: Named after philanthropist John Kanas, this 1,365-square-foot elegant open space features teak furnishings and LCD lighting, ideal for receptions or as a pre/post-event venue. It accommodates up to 64 seated guests or 110 standing attendees.

- Duke Lecture Hall: Versatile and well-equipped, this lecture hall is perfect for educational events, screenings, and discussions. With a capacity of 135 attendees, it features a projector, sound system, and podium with built-in technology.

- Fine Arts Lobby: Adjacent to the Avram Theater, this 1,056-square-foot space offers ample seating and is wired for presentations, comfortably hosting 120 standing guests.

- Avram Theater: Known for its superior acoustics, this theater hosts a variety of performances and seminars. It accommodates 410 attendees and is equipped with sound and lighting technology, making it ideal for events with a theatrical flair.

- Avram Gallery: A contemporary exhibit space with over 1,000 square feet, perfect for showcasing art and exhibitions.

- Gymnasium: A 13,000-square-foot flexible space for sports, concerts, and large events, accommodating over 1,700 attendees.

- Cafeteria & Conference Room: The 4,028-square-foot cafeteria can host events for up to 500 people, with an adjacent conference room for executive meetings, seating 58.

- Treehouse Lounge: A cozy spot for relaxation and games like billiards, ping pong, or foosball.

Our parking facilities include spaces for 400 cars at Chancellors Hall and 44 cars at the Fine Arts Building, ensuring easy access for your guests.
