- Polar Express™ Train Ride: Depart from Utica’s Union Station and embark on a whimsical train ride where you’ll be served delicious hot chocolate and cookies. As you journey through the scenic Adirondacks, immerse yourself in the enchanting story of The Polar Express™.

- Meet Santa: Upon arrival at The North Pole, Santa himself will board the train to visit with each family. Witness the joy on your child's face as Santa presents the first gift of Christmas, the Silver Bell, just like in the beloved book and movie!

- Pajama Party: Embrace the spirit of the season by wearing your pajamas! Both children and parents are encouraged to join in the fun and capture these precious moments with your camera.

Plan Your Visit:

- Reservations: This popular event sells out every year, so be sure to make your reservations early to secure your spot on the train.

- Tickets: Purchase your tickets online or by calling 1-800-819-2291. Please note that all tickets must be picked up in person at the station, no earlier than 1 hour prior to departure. Remember to bring a valid ID to collect your golden tickets.

- Classes of Service: Choose between First Class and Coach Class seating. First Class offers table seating and a souvenir mug for each ticket holder.

- Arrival: Arrive at the station approximately one hour ahead of your scheduled departure time. Parking is available, but may be limited due to the large number of passengers.

Additional Information:

- Amenities: Enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and cookies on board. Additional mugs can be purchased at the station gift shop.

- Accessibility: Service dogs are welcome on board, in our gift shop, and at the station.

- No Smoking: Please note that smoking of any substances is strictly prohibited on the train.
