Located conveniently at 15673 County Highway 23, Unadilla, New York, just off exit 10 of Interstate 88, Hannalore Kennels is your pet's home away from home. As a family-owned and operated business, we are dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment for your pets to play and relax while you're away.
Our Services:
We offer exceptional doggie day care and boarding services, ensuring your furry friends receive the love and attention they deserve. While we have maintained our prices for the past decade, rising operational and staffing costs necessitate a small increase in our service rates, effective from February 1, 2022. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Operating Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 8-10 AM and 4-6 PM
- Sunday: Closed, but available for pick-ups and drop-offs at 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM with a $10 additional fee.
- Please note that we are closed on major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. We recommend scheduling drop-offs the evening before these holidays.
Our hours are firm to ensure we can dedicate our mid-day to grooming, training, and playing with your pets. However, we do our best to accommodate emergencies and special circumstances when possible.
Reservations:
Reservations are required for all boarding and grooming appointments. To ensure a smooth process, we prefer booking by phone, though email and Facebook are also options.
In Case of Emergency:
If you encounter an emergency, please leave us a message, and we will return your call promptly. During open hours, regular clients with up-to-date information on file are welcome to come in directly, though a courtesy call is appreciated.
