"Love that we have Olivia's in the area. They were awesome with our dog Dusty. They bathed him, (which we tried to do and eventually gave up), combed out his undercoat, (which we tried to do and eventually gave up), cut his nails, (you got it... We tried to do and although somewhat successful, we decided to let the girls at Olivia's do it), and then gave him a haircut. Awesome job!!!!"
"Let me first start off by saying that the abhorrent customer service of this disgraceful establishment is the absolute least of your worries here. I implore you, do not allow your animals to be subjected to such disgusting behavior. When you Bring your dogs in for a simple trim and they come back with not just bloodshot and swollen eyes but their eyes are dark red and filled with blood, that is a sign of abusive and neglectful behavior. These detestable people deserve nothing short of being shut down. This place and these people are vile."
