"Every time I come here, it’s great customer service ! Dyan is great !!!! She makes you feel right at home and she always tries hard to fix my glasses lol. Like the legs come off, I be losing them . She’s awesome. lol a judgement free zone. Then the guy who fixes them, is amazing. Like I’m never in here for more than 10 minutes. The best part is , is that I just walk in. Literally no appointment and they’re cool with it. Great place, atmosphere, and attitudes all around. This place is very welcoming ! Try it out ! 10 OUT OF 10 The guy who fixes them name is Luis"

"The doctor. Robert Norris, is unethical and rude. In trying to fix an issue with his office, I called and spoke to him to try to resolve the issue. The amount of arrogance he had over the phone was mind blowing. He’s greediness and unwillingness to try to understand where I was coming from is unbelievable. If 0 stars was doable, that would be my rating."

"Front desk 2 lady receptionist are raceist. Talk very ruff and rude to different colour people.in their 2 doctors giving different words about glass power in two visits.they provide wrong glass. After wearing get watey eyes and pain.we complain time they told insurance not cover you can adjust or keep as spare glass. Very froud cheating useless people never go there."
