"I would not recommend the infant care at this facility after bringing our son for a handful of visits. He was moved from crib and left in bouncer for extended periods of time (left to fall asleep in bouncer at three months old). We were asked to pick him up on the last day of his attendance because he was gassy and and not feeling well and when we got there he had thrown up all over himself because he was fed and not burped. After visiting other facilities we have seen how out of the normal this treatment was and are happy with our decision to find care elsewhere. I cannot speak to the care in the other rooms but the infants did not receive the attentiveness I would expect for my child."

"We had a terrible experience with this location, and only when we started another daycare did I realize how bad it was. I have family whose children are in the older rooms but our daughter was in the infant area and it was horrific. They ignore the babies when they cry. It was always uncomfortable going to drop off or pick up because the staff would be sitting down doing paperwork or some other nonsense while the kids were just crying away in a bouncer or on the floor. My daughter was struggling with being there and they would just leave her to cry. She’d come home with her eyes swollen and a rash on her face from rubbing her face in the floor while crying. I brought it up to the staff numerous times but they did nothing. They started moving her high chair out of view of the camera so I wouldn’t see her crying while they ignored her. Our last straw was when a parent came to drop off their kid and he looked like my daughter’s father. I watched on the cameras as she clung to his leg and wouldn’t let go. The poor guy had to peel her off him and run out. The staff just sat there and watched. Overall it was a horrific place and I regret the few weeks we tried it out. Maybe if she were older it would have been easier but they really shouldn’t have people caring for babies that don’t have the capacity to do so."

"I really can't say enough about Tutor Time in Oakdale. My daughter has been attending since she was 7 months old. She was a preemie and I was told she would be very late with every milestone. She wasn't. All the teachers that encountered my daughter made her feel safe and loved, which gave her the confidence to excel. She is now in the Pre-K room and truly has a love of learning. She craves to be read to, write her letters and numbers, and show me all the great things they created during her day. I see her emotionally growing also. The teachers make an environment of respect and caring so the children can learn how to have healthy relationships with each other as well as with adults. When I recently had a second child my mommy guilt was non existent. They made her transition from an only child to a sibling amazing. All the staff made sure she felt special and taught her different ways to be a good big sister, which made her very secure in our love for her. I could go on, but I won't. When my second child has to go in April I will have no reservations. Because I know it will be her home away from home."

"It is a really good place !!! my son has been going to Tutor Time since he was 7 months old. He is almost 4 years old and he absolutely loves his teachers and friends. He has learned so much!! It is a blessing to have a place where I can leave my son while we are working. he has so much fun that sometimes he doesn't even want to go home!!. All teachers and staff are very friendly; they really care for our children. My son has soy allergy so teachers are very careful before giving him anything. I love the precious status app!! I receive pictures of his activities; what he ate, how his day is going so it is awesome!!."

"Our initial thoughts were we did not want to have our son in a Day Care factory. In hindsight, Tutor Time in Oakdale is much more than that. Our Son started there when he was 3 years old. At first he did not like the change but within a week it had seemed like he was there for years. All of the staff were wonderful in handling his transition. He now runs from the car to the building, excited to start his day with his friends. We get progress reports on him every day, from what he ate to how long he napped, to what activities he did during the day. The staff is professional and courteous. They go beyond the call of duty to ensure that the kids are comfortable and well taken care of. It is everything that we would have expected it to be and more; clean, comfortable, safe and comparatively affordable. We are so happy with our sons experience that we enrolled our 2 year old daughter. She nows has had the same experience as my Son. She cant wait to go to school every morning. I am not a big review person, but for something like this, I felt I had to share my experience so that other parents have a comfort level and confidence their child is in the right hands. Tutor Time in Oakdale is a HOME RUN and a fantastic place. I highly recommend it if you are looking for day care/pre-school."
