"The school is a very excellent school despite what the media portrays. I came in as a Junior from Bayshore and I have to say this was the best school I ever attended. I met so many supportive and nice friends who help me with anything I might need. The staff is also very helpful, but it depends who your with because some teachers don’t care. Overall the school is great, there are so many diverse activities you can join so you’ll never be bored. However, there are many students who attend Brentwood so the hallways are very crowded."
"One of my daughters graduated from Brentwood high school and the other one still goes there. Everyone puts brentwood down but they have great teachers and great programs .Both my daughters where in ap classes. One is now in NYU.It all depends on the student .Clearly the staff has done a great job."
"The teachers, and the students are so supportive! There's so much diversity, and so many things to do.... It's seriously a beautiful place. This school has helped me reach my full potential, and I love it here!"
"I graduated from this very school, it's alright for what it is, but to be perfectly honest it sucked. The food was always the same, and they treated Special Ed kids different. So this school was definitely no good."
"It is the BEST high school in the state. Considering it as the largest suburban high school in New York State, almost 4,000 students (NOT including 9th graders, except for those that can't speak English),it is also home to the best marching band and varsity soccer teams. GO INDIANS!!!!!!!!!!!"
