"My experience with the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine has been predominantly positive. The students I've interacted with have been exceptionally accommodating and treated me with great care. Their professionalism and dedication to patient comfort were evident throughout my visits. While waiting in the cashier's line can sometimes be a bit tedious, it hasn't overshadowed the overall positive experience I've had at the clinic. The quality of dental care provided by the students and faculty has consistently met my expectations, making the minor inconvenience of waiting negligible in comparison. "Let’s start with 2 stars cause they had me wait 45 minutes on a cashier line for no reason what so ever then the desk lady got nasty cause I as the customer was frustrated it was really rude how she didn’t have any concern for my time and how I had waited there for nothing the poor dentist lady was waiting for me wondering where I was … I get it’s a school but get the things together … and be nice (dentist lady was super super nice)"

"When getting a root canal that took 2 hours I thought I was going to drown in alcohol. After less than 6 weeks later the tooth just fell out. After paying $46 to get into this school I got a emergency appointment and was told 5 minutes to wait. A hour and a half later I was still not seen. I want my money back and will just go to a real dentist"

"Wanted to thank you guys so much my gf needed a tooth pulled and had an infection due to being recently pregnant she wasn’t able to get it taken care of sooner. nobody else was in our area stony brook called us right away took x rays and took very good care of her. they may have even saved her life because we were told by another dentist that the infection had spread to her blood and bone. we are both very appreciative thank you again"
