"Pleaseeeeee get rid of the employees in this office. It's ridiculous how rude and unprofessional they are when someone else is called out from the back. Especially coming out to speak to people while eating. One person at a window full of seats all the time is ridiculous!!!! They must be related to hire up because how can unprofessional"

"If your package is over 1lb the carriers are not delivering it. They lie and say they attempted. I have pictures and videos of them never attempting anything not even the mail. I have pictures of people mail being throw outside and left on top of the mailboxes instead of inside. Saturdays not one where I live gets mail. I don’t even see carriers outside in my area of Saturdays. I guess they do what they want since no one’s there to tell them otherwise. Upper management don’t care as long as the mail is out of the office. I hate this post office."

"This location is the worst......You never get your mail or packages on time. Some of the employees are so unprofessional. They are never properly staffed with enough people causing your wait to be extremely long. The location is dirty and horrible looking inside. The place need to be closed or remodeled from top to bottom and front to back including emloyees."

"This is the worst post office ever. I constantly have mail missing. I have informed delivery so I know what I’m supposed to receive every day and I don’t. Complaints go nowhere over there. I will be going to the postmaster and complaining about this. I am not the only one in my area going through this. It truly is unbelievable that they can’t do their job correctly!"

"I went to the post office yesterday because my package said that it was available for pick up for me at this location and one I went to the window there was only one worker she was a women this was around 11 am she was a african American middle age with orange dread locs who was beyond rude I came up to the window trying to tell her about my package she keep interrupting me not letting me speak she didn't even let me take out my phone to give her my tracking number she was just speaking over me and told me that it wasn't ready and to come tomorrow which is today when once again she didn't even try to take my information to put it in the system and check she doesn't want todo her job and she should get fired this is a federal job and it's isn't how federal workers should be treating people it's very unprofessional and I will be coming in today and taking her name down for a report there where also before and after me there were other people who complained about her attitude there was 1 Hispanic guy 2 African American women and one African American guy all discussed with her behavior towards them"
