"I live across the street and the alarm rings CONSTANTLY as long as they are open, so roughly 6am to 10pm. I’m losing my mind. The only way to have peace is to use noise cancelling headphones or not be home. Nightmare neighbor. I’ve also parked my car here. Fine rates, decent wait time to get your car. Nothing special."
"Good and quick service and not a bad deal if you book through SpotHero. Cost me $100 (including 45 oversized fee) for my SUV staying from Wednesday night to Saturday night."
"TLDR- I think they killed our battery so they could try to sell us a used one. I'm giving 2 stars because I can't prove anything was intentional, and the price was good. But we dropped off our car on a Friday night: showed them the Spot Hero reservation, gave them the keys, all good. When we went to pick up the car on Sunday, we texted them 15 minutes ahead of time (as requested) and walked over. When we arrived (about 20 minutes later) we checked in, employee #1 told us they were very busy (though there were no other customers in sight) and it would be a few more minutes. About 15 minutes after that (during which we saw no other customers) employee #1 told us our car battery was dead and they couldn’t bring it down. Mind you, this is a relatively new Honda that has never given us a single issue. We asked if we could check it out, and we were told that customers weren’t usually allowed up to the storage floors, but they’d let us examine it. Employee #2 came down and escorted me up to the storage floor, while my wife and kids waited with employee #1. I confirmed that the battery was stone dead- I checked, and the headlights and all other devices were off. I asked if I could jump it (I had cables in the trunk), and employee #2 said they weren’t supposed to allow that, but what the heck. We hooked the cables up to the adjacent car and it started right away. We brought it down, loaded up and left. At this point my wife told me that while I was away with employee #2 (all of 5 minutes), employee #1 tried to get her to buy an old used battery that he had in the office for $25. When my wife told employee #1 that she was confident we could jump it, employee #1 said that they didn’t allow customers to jump start cars in the garage, so we should just buy his used battery. Luckily about that time we came down with the car. It’s been a few days and we’ve had no further issues with the battery or anything else in the car. Long story short, I don’t know if this was a one-off accident in which the lights inadvertently were left on, or a scam that they’re running (if it was, employee #2 didn’t seem to be in on it), but I’m sure never parking here again."
"Take caution. On 8/24/19 we paid in advance an amount of $28.00 for a parking space through an app called Spot Hero. The space was advertised for 24 hrs and we paid for the period between 2:30pm on 8/24 through 2:30pm on 8/25. On 8/25/19 I called the garage to ask if it would be okay if we picked up our truck one hour late and the attendant told me “yes, it will be okay”. When we arrived to pick up the truck it was 4pm. Their signs stated that (for an oversized vehicle) the charge for 2 hours or less was $44.00. The attendant insisted however that we must pay $76.00. I read all of the signs in the garage and concluded that the price the attendant was charging us was for 24hrs and did not align with the price stated on the signs for “2 hours or less”. I asked the attendant why he was overcharging and he told us that because we surpassed the limit on the ticket we purchased in advance, we would be charged for an additional 24 hour period. I asked the attendant to show me a policy statement advertised to their customers upon the time of purchase (signs or any information accessible through their website or the app we used for the original purchase) that described the fee he was charging and the policy backing up the charge and he did not provide any information other than the signs. I explained that their policy on the signs and advertised to their customers stated we should be charged $32.00 less and he told me he would not give me the keys to my truck unless we paid. We were traveling from out of state so the attendant knew we would eventually have to pay him or otherwise risk spending more time there and further delaying our travels home. The attendant basically held my car hostage until we paid. It was a criminal act. It raises the question- How many times does this garage overcharge their customers giving the customer no choice but to pay them whatever fee they decide that want to charge (in this case the maximum amount possible per their advertised pricing)."
"If you're a pretty girl you'll be fine. If you're a guy and get there before the pretty girls, you'll wait half hour till they help all 5 of them and incoming customers before they get your car. Understaffed, disorganized, basic."
