"I had to set my bag on the floor in a sketchy back room. It was not in the same place I left it. And lots of other bags were strewn across the floor. No shelf storage or locker storage. And my water bottle looked like it was in a different pocket. The door where my bag was stored wasn't even closed or locked in the smoke shop. However, all my belongings are still in my backpack."

"Very nice staff, close to Penn Station, open 24 hours, what more could you ask for? I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first but they keep your bags in a secure place and take care to ensure you get the correct bag that no one touched (except for maybe them if they needed to move a couple roller bags around to retrieve someone else's bag) the entire time they held it."

"Great location to Penn/Moynihan station. Dropped off and picked up without major issues. Only issue I had was not being able to connect to any WiFi (I'd no data roaming on my phone so couldn't access the app for my code). That was my only problem but it was self inflicted. If I'd thought beforehand I should have screenshot the QR code, as I did for pick up and made the process much smoother. I had read a review mentioning it was a smoke shop and their items ended up smelling of cannabis. I didn't notice any strong smell or any smell from my luggage when I picked it up. So that wasn't an issue for me. I did have a hard shell suitcase. So handy and such a great idea."
