"These guys seem to be money hungry. They really don't care about keeping their long term tenants, all they care about is drastically increasing their rates every few months. If you get a good rate with them, please don't sit comfortable, expect at least a 30% to 40% increase coming your way shortly. I think they feel they can get away with it coz some people don't want to deal with moving to another storage facility. I'm getting outta there! What exactly is the increase for? Its not like anything has changed. You only have one working elevator that takes days to get to each floor, You only have one tiny filthy bathroom, you still have the same number of employees, some of whom seem so nonchalant over the phone, they could care less about what you have to say. There's not enough parking, not enough carts, every time I go there I have to clean my unit coz of the dirt that comes from the vents,.. I mean The list freakn goes on. Show us proof of why you keep raising the rent in such huge in increments. We need proof & receipts. I'm freaking livid!!"

"Fantastic location and staff make it wonderful to store at Gotham! When moving across the country, they let us ship all our boxes and held them until we arrived to build our unit. The space itself is clean and climate controlled. It feels modern and easy to get around with boxes. They have the largest elevator I've ever seen for easy access. They loan you dollies and carts to use and have plenty of them. I've come in to load in or take out and have always left pleased with their services. Daniela went out of her way to make the experience easy and quick. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs storage and boxes for storage/moving, storage rooms, or shipping supplies. They are great to work with."
