"I took drawing classes last summer. I joined the class in the mid month and I paid prorated rates. I continued to visit the location. However, I had to stop due to my work. They charged me for the upcoming month and didn't willing to refund. Instead, they suggested me to pause. I couldn't get the refund. After 6 months, I still couldn't make to come due to my work. And I'm relocating to a different area. I asked them for refund but the owner was not willing to refund and suggested me to come and take classes, which is impossible. I searched about google review about this location and I found the same case as mine. I notice that the owner basically doesn't care about people who visit here and is not willing to refund any unused credits. As a second option, I asked her to allow me to use those credits into a different location, but she didn't even allow that. Please don't go this location if you or your kids are trying to see if you want to continue the classes. Once they charged, they don't care."

"I was very clear with the owner that I was signing up for ONE month of service to see if my daughter liked the program. She didn’t. Next thing I know I see a second month billed at $185. When I contacted the manager she refused to refund and told me they needed 30 days advance notice to cancel. So I should have cancelled the day I joined!!?? No notice that a second months billing was about to come thru. I could not have been clearer when I started. I bought four weeks and that was a test. They failed. Beware."
