"I wish i could give zero stars. I always try to be kind and understanding but the workers go out of their way to be unhelpful and rude. I will never mail a package thru USPS again."
"I get to this destination, 30 minutes ahead of time and get attitudes from a lady who continuously walked around the place. The associate that helped me arrived on time at the window 10:45AM and she was professional and informative."
"Horrible customer service experience at this branch! Employees are rude and act as if you owe them something, unnecessarily aggressive, create unnecessary lines. I just asked the staff what I needed to do, and she replied with a very bad attitude that I didn't know, and then called the next person to wait, and when the next person came back to put the stamp, they also said, the staff's attitude is too bad, too unfriendly, really a bad experience"
"In regard to the window attendant on duty at 9:30am, 29 February Terrible. I have been mailing between 20 to 30 Certified parcels per year, for the last 4 years. Never have I attached the receipts to the envelope (I am not aware of where they should be placed on the envelope) but here - "You have to attach those, step aside. No step over there" for 4 letters... No line. Possibly she wanted a clear view of no one waiting. How ridiculous. Poor attitude and failing work ethic contribute to a failing Postal Service."
"After a really horrible experience at another USPS location in Brooklyn, and reading someone’s comment about giving Manhattan a chance, I decided to come here and see if the experience will be any different. It actually was - and the young lady who attended to me made all the difference. She was really courteous and helpful, patiently explaining my mailing options and answering my questions. She extended the same courtesy to the lady before me, and she had way more questions than me. This does not invalidate all the bad experiences shared by other reviewers and I probably just got lucky this time around. But I think it’s important to give credit where it’s due and the 5 stars is really for the excellent service during my latest and so far only visit. If I came back and the experience was different, I’m more than willing to provide an update and change my rating."
