"This place deserves every negative review it has. First of all, it's very difficult to get to. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly rude and intentionally make things as difficult as possible. I am shipping a keychain internationally, a small package. I have shipped literally dozens of these small packages overseas before with no issues. But this postal worker, unique amongst all the post offices I have delivered keychains from across multiple offices in multiple states, says that the package is too small and demands that I buy a larger one or she can't put the customs form on it. What a racket! And the workers here just shout at you and glare the entire time. When they weren't shouting and glaring at me, I had to listen to them shouting at every single other customer they interacted with. They screamed at old women, and people who obviously had English at their second language. Avoid this place at all costs, it's absolutely terrible!"

"A staff will scream at you ‘USE YOUR BRAIN THAT’S WHY WE HAVE BRAIN’ when you ask where to put your stuff. Worst place ever. I’ve heard lots of bad stories about this USPS from other companies in this building but wow… An older staff behind in this morning screamed at me ‘’!!!use your brain!!!! that’s why you have a brain’ when I asked where to put my stuff lol. I know there’s no window and feel miserable in there but can’t say that to customers. And I’m 100% sure I use brain more and make more money than that person."

"Honestly I don’t know why there are any negative reviews for this location. I come here often and every single time I have been treated with nothing but kindness! Especially from Star! Every time I have her as my teller, she’s always smiling and so polite and so helpful! She’s definitely my go to when I go to that post office. I hope management sees my review and gives her the recognition she deserves!"
