"This is a somewhat historic building with a freight elevator from a century ago. I attended an art gallery at the top floor, but each floor has its own tenant such as a black box theater on one of the floors. Pretty cool place for art and entertainment on hells kitchen. Get a bite to eat, go see an art show."
