"I had always went to H&R Block since beginning having to do taxes. Do not file with Rhonda. Extremely unprofessional and rude.. I was told my tax refund would be loaded onto my emerald card after I had already given her bank account information for direct deposit right before but she said she “went around the system” to get me a emerald card when at first I was declined for one. She told me it wasn’t possible for me to get one. Then she said she had gotten me one. But then my state tax refund said it was supposed to mailed out by check. I have said that there is no way for me to cash a check and that is one of the reasons I wanted direct deposit so badly. When I emailed to ask about what was going on because I didn’t receive anything and still have not received anything within the date I was giving and following extra days I was given, my emails would be ignored, my calls would get no call backs, so today I called to see if there was any possible way to change it from check to direct deposit because I recommend my friend to H&R this year and they changed it very easily and quickly, she said there was no way to change it at this time it was too late, she said that it would charge and cost me $100 an hour to do it even if and that it would restart the entire process and start over and take even longer to be here. She started screaming and yelling at me by the end of the call, I’m hoping these calls are recorded and monitored by somebody. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her I gave her direct deposit information first to begin with but then she had said she was able to get me a regular emerald card (not an emerald advanced card). I tried calling back to speak with the secretary to change and switch my tax preparer to somebody else but I got no answer afterwards. That’s how you get treated at H&R Block Sidney NY by Rhonda. I will definitely be going to someone else next year. I do enjoy H&R Block, so I would like them to answer my calls to switch my tax perpetrator, if not I am more than happy to take my services elsewhere in the following years to come. Long story short of you file your taxes here, jus don’t do it with Rhonda."
