"Worst service. People don’t care about the people just their own. Costumer service 0, and the elevator doesn’t even work."
"Phone doesn’t even work. Permits are a mess and a waste of time. It’s impossible to get to talk to someone that can help with your issues. Worst City hall around. Workers there are entitled and 0% costumer care skills. Don’t waste your tax money in this city until someone steps in and fixes the disgusting system they set up in here."
"Employees and security here have to understand that they are public employees. They DO NOT work for a private entity. It is very concerning that these folks work for our government but do not understand the US constitution. They all should be re-trained and learn how to deal with people of the public. Again, you guys are PUBLIC employees and work for the people of the public. None of you own that building you work in. STOP BEHAVING LIKE TYRANTS!!!!"
"On the 12th of February 2021 at 1.30 pm, we were 10 people queued up at entrance of the City Hall to pay bills But there was nobody in the building to take the payments or at the least open the door. We knocked rang the bell and there was no response. I heard someone say behind me 'there should have been some sign at the door saying sorry we closed early today and everybody went yes yes yes and I heard a starky tall lady say hell yes they shouldn't be closed at this time. Another asked did Murphy call another state of emergency? And another emphasized hell no there is no snow on the ground. If I had a stamp I would have mailed mine. I probably wouldn't try to pay the bill here on a Friday I thought. So I left."
"I needed a certified copy of my birth certificate as soon as possible. I sent an email to the address listed on the contact website. I made a follow up call in the morning, and the young lady was very nice to me, told me what I needed to bring and told me how much it was going to be for each copy. When I arrived, I filled out the required paperwork and I found out they had already pulled my birth certificate. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and everyone there was lovely, professional and courteous. If you follow the directions, it's a simple process very streamlined. It was a very positive experience!"
