"A nice quiet place to play baseball."
"Needs to be mowed more often currently. Also nobody is playing baseball here. People treat it like a dog park which provides its own set of challenges even if you're playing with kids on the grass away from the baseball diamond. Dogs shouldn't be unleashed in this area and they normally aren't but you should keep your eye out."
