"Never open on time you have elderly people that come standing on canes or in wheelchairs waiting for an hour or so. It’s never a notice or nothing. In the photo the time is 9:14am they were suppose to be open by 8/8:30am. This is on going and it appears nobody cares. I bet they take lunch on time."
