"At this point I need to know who I can talk to about shutting this place down. They are beyond unprofessional. There hasn’t been a time where I called for an emergency and they’ve actually assisted. At this point I rather cross over to East Orange Police. I don’t think it’s fair that this place remains open when they do absolutely nothing to serve the public. If they continue this, one day they’ll find the right person to sue them. This area is being gentrified anyway, it’s only a matter of time."
"They don’t answer the phone, leave you on hold, the ladies that pick up the phone are nasty and always have an attitude. Please change your staff!!!!!!!"
"Their level of professionalism is terrible, zero leadership skill, and the black judge his not patience at all. Zero listening skill, all he want his paycheck and finish quickly. They waste your day and time. Your time means nothing them"
"I can't give it 0 stars because that's how many they deserve, I have been calling this place forever and no one answers the phone, it goes straight to a busy signal when you press zero and all other extension lines are recorded messages. You can't even get an operator to come on the line, horribly terrible."
"I feel bad even as I write this review. As much as I would like to say one thing good about my experience, every single moment was negative. Let's start with just walking into the building. I was walking behind someone whom (I am assuming has tenure).. She was speaking with another employee at the time (08:26 - MORNING). She glanced back once; I said good morning... Nothing. As we walk in the building, she glances back at me again, with a scowl??? What did I do to this woman??! Then she looks at the facility person standing next to the guard and asks, We open at 08:30, right?? and glances back at me. The facility person was very nice and just answered yes we do. Now, remember I said this place opens at 08:30?? Well, why is it that they don't really open until the employees actually show up around 8:45 - 9am?? I had to wait outside where there is no where to sit, in hopes that they remember that I am outside sitting on the steps. Okay, they remembered. A woman comes out to get me but could not wait for me to sign in and get a temperature check. She just up'ed and disappeared on me. Alright, I find my way to the Building Dept where I was directed. Thank you to the young man who wears a lock hairstyle because I may have just continued to wait for someone to assist me. He directed me to where I need to go for an OPRA form. The young woman in the department was helpful but not a friendly. In fact, you'd think she have to cut a tree down to make the paper herself when asking for a copy of the form. Come to find out, she needed to make copies for the department anyway. Now, I write this for awareness and for change. I didn't take anyone's name and just pray that the city get themselves together. Be more professional. Be more friendly because you provide a service to the community. I am looking to buy a home in this city. I am looking to buy in your city and the best you can do is transfer your negative energy and waste my time. Shouldn't I feel good about paying taxes that help pay your salary? Please do better and please process my request because I really (really) don't want to go through that experience again."
