"Got my taxes done here last year; at first everything seemed to be going perfectly. i was filing late so i did expect a few fees from IRS so that was not of an issue. When it came down to the consultation and i put everything in front of the main guy "Mark" i simply asked (how much do you think this is going to cost me to get my taxes done through you) and he simply stated (im not sure at this moment) and every time i asked that was his answer... well to make a long story short; my bill came out to 2995.00 to prepare and file my taxes which didn't include what i owed the state and federal. i was in complete shock. and all he had to say was that his firm is a real accounting business. I was not very happy about that at all. i was even charged for phone calls even when i didn't answer and every time they replied to my email questions."
