"Someone needs to be responsible for QCing this place. 8am open time, not a soul to be seen through 8:30 (shutters down, not a peep). Went downstairs and lady in the pick up area was like “oh, let me send somebody up” - immediate thought, ‘wait there are people here?!’. Through 8:40am still not a soul, shutters still down and lady downstairs has now vanished. Ended up just abandoning ship. Besides this annoying me there were 8 other customers in line, stranded, some with significant size boxes which they likely lugged over (including a few elderly folk who you can tell got there extra early so they can handle their errand in peace). This happened on August 14, 2024 - whoever is in charge sort this out (not acceptable and just disrespectful)"

"Leaving a negative review here is redundant, but this place truly is a Kafkaesque nightmare. Breathtakingly rude service and a post-apocalyptic environment. I recommend letting the person behind you go before you if the asian lady is free. You can thank me later."

"I've mailed packages two times with the self service kiosk and both times, the tracking simply shows that it's awaiting package drop off. You have to call USPS and get a service request started for anything to happen. There is no safe place to drop off your packages, only a counter where you have to leave your package there for I guess no employee to deal with? Definitely go to the USPS on 52nd between 9th and 8th, this one is not worth the hassle and headache."
