"Price was rose 30% but the basic need it not there like temperature control don’t work .. ever since I move in 6 month ago .. summer it extremely hot winter it Alaska .. even employees wear a gloves and hot inside .. like they doing to ski .. but to top all this I payed in advance 2 months .. I decide to move out release my units 17 July 2024 .. last month still didn’t get my whole month refund for August .. calling 4 time endless email .. back and forth clearly it mismanaged.. I don’t know what to do .. they said chèque will be send it been 21 days already .. stuff on the store don’t know what to do email and other email .. nothing yet .. my recommendation it never pay in Advance ever .. you probably not going to get your money .. I hope this will help"

"The choices of room sizes, fair pricing, no contract commitments, the ease to access of the first floor rooms. Maybe they should take IDs when taking a hand truck like Stop N Stor, to make sure the tenants bring them back or not hogging multiples of them at once."

"If I could give 100 negative stars I would. I just opened this up 4 days ago and it’s been nothing but problems. The lady in the front desk charged me not once but twice. Then when I explained to her you charged me twice, she says don’t worry about once the transaction is no longer pending you’ll get a refund. Ok, no problem. I let that go. Then I come back to two days later to drop off some things. The gate to enter the parking was busted. Couldn’t even park inside, so I had to drag heavy boxes into the unit 2 blocks away from their garage. Now here’s the kicker. I get charged a THIRD time and there is no customer support number to call and no one ever answers the number for my local storage area. What an absolute joke of a place. Didn’t think I would have to cancel DAYS after getting a storage unit."

"We were able to get our storage unit immediately. The storage area was very clean and the climate controlled environment was outstanding. Service was always friendly and helpful."
