"Walked up to the window said hi how are you the clerks response β you are suppose to attach the forms to the letter before you give it to me. She acted like I was bothering her and wasting her time. Morales low looks like people are very unhappy doing their job. Sad really."
"Some of the rudest people I have ever encountered! The passport people are beyond horrific and belittle customers as if we were 2 year olds! Because the woman serving me was hiding her name tag, I tried to get her name from the information desk. They refused to give me her name! And yet in order to file a complaint the USPS site says that I need a name. These people do not deserve these jobs and the public deserves better!"
"Good helpful staff!"
"I'm in my local USPS maybe every 2 weeks and have always found it efficient and the agents handle my requests very well. Always professional! Thanks for all these hard workers do to get me in and out as quickly as possible."
"These unsung heroes who work for USPS. What can I say, the volume of items has increased dramatically in recent years. And now with the pandemic, I appreciate their commitment to providing service for those in Yorkville. My story is that I needed a passport and was directed to Gracie Station by the travel.state.gov. But as it turns out that site omitted that passports are by appointment only (covid rules). Cheryl in the passport department provided me with the usps.gov to make an appointment. I made my appoint and with my complete form and passport photos in my hand I made my way back to Gracie Station. Again I found Cheryl assisting with the process. Cheryl is a consummate professional with superlative customer service skills. I learned a lot from Cheryl.... Passport photos cannot have the subject wear glasses. She offered me the option of going back to Rite Aide for them to get it right or have her take the pictures at the post office. I opted for the convenience to have her take the pics. I also learned that the form had to filled out with a balck ink pen. Who knew, what I do know is that I appreciate Cheryl. Thank you Cheryl and all the other postal employees."
