"Most of the staff that work behind the counter are not well trained with postage rates & postage meters. My job uses a postage meter and the rates differ (we're allowed a slight discount). For example a 1 oz letter using our machine is $ .64 cents and the post office charges $ .68 cents. There is a very nasty man who works here who refuses to accept/acknowledge the meter rates. He argues every time we go and has even told myself and coworker "If you don't like it just don't come to me". But on a day like today where he was the only one working at the time of we were there we were forced to pay the extra cents just to get our letters mailed. It's absolutely ridiculous!! He either needs to be retrained or removed altogether. He's constantly arguing with customers. Complaints have been sent in to USPS with no responses."

"This USPS locatio is disgusting and unkept. The employees are mean, harsh, and discriminatory. Today, an employee called me slow because I couldn't figure out the forms I needed to mail an envelope. They must hate their jobs, but there's plenty of competent people with customer service skills that would gladly take their place. Discrimination is never ok. I don't remember the name of the lady who discriminated against me, but she had brassy highlights. Horrible demeanor."

"Terrible experience. The employees are wildly incompetent; they don't know how to process even standard services like opening a PO Box. I had to explain to the employee which documents could be accepted and which could not. In the end, I was sent to another branch to look for a supervisor because there was no supervisor at this branch today. What are you even there for? For anything beyond hello and goodbye, you have to "check with a supervisor"? How do such people even get hired?"
