"Puzzling that a *public* park contains a locked garden that only a select few can access. Apparently the garden is managed by the administrators of the “North Arlington NJ Gardening Club” Facebook group. Not clear if any of those people are elected officials (and it’s not clear why a proprietary network like Facebook was used for communications about the plot). As the other photos show, this plot has been used for other, more public purposes than a private garden. Perhaps it should go back to that (or else become a public garden)."
