"It was my first time looking into a storage unit and I reserved one online. I went in on my scheduled date to get the paperwork signed and start moving my stuff in. However, when shown the unit I thought I could use a bigger space. Oscar was quick to offer his help and showed me another unit which fit my needs much better.
