"It was my first time looking into a storage unit and I reserved one online. I went in on my scheduled date to get the paperwork signed and start moving my stuff in. However, when shown the unit I thought I could use a bigger space. Oscar was quick to offer his help and showed me another unit which fit my needs much better. His prompt help made the whole process quick and efficient, which was much appreciated considering I had come in with my two young daughters. All around a very pleasant experience!
