"I would give this company zero stars if it were possible. We used them to pick up and store some of my daughter's belongings over the summer and they were supposed to deliver them after the summer was over. They lost a third of the stuff they were storing for us. First, they delivered the wrong person's stuff to us, then they came and picked that up, and never delivered the remainder of our things. They say they can't find the rest of our belongings. They claim they searched their warehouse, and don't know where they are. They say we're lying about all of this. Their owner screamed at my wife on the phone and actually called her a liar. And they won't reimburse us for what they lost. They also are very difficult to contact. They don't answer their phone, and you have to leave a message, and if you're lucky it will only be a few days before they call you back. They often don't respond to emails either. I would recommend you avoid using them since there are plenty of other companies you can use that might actually care about their customers. Update: You can see that the business owner has responded to my review by asking me to contact his customer service department . He acts as if we have never done this, but I have contacted them many, many times over the past two months with no resolution to the problem except for him to respond to my emails by calling me a liar. They still haven't found our belongings or reimbursed us for what they have lost."
