"Haven’t had any negative experiences like others have had according to their reviews, but I’ve been here a couple of times and it was okay for me. Edit (08/20/24): I’ve been coming to this location more frequently throughout the year and it’s fine, it’s just this one particular clerk that lowkey has an attitude even when I’m just asking a simple question. Not the worst experience, so it’s whatever but, if you know you know because it seems she’s been mentioned in a lot of the reviews…"
"I use to love the delivery guys but now that there is are two of them they will NOT REDELIVER your packages. They will not come to our door when it was just the slender, black man alone he was amazing now we have different ones that are not as amazing. Our packages are stuffed into the mailboxes to the point We can’t even open our mailboxes. I have had sooo many issues that The United postal general is looking into this case"
"This post office stole my package (I review items for work and the company logo was printed on the box). When I asked the incredibly rude woman at the counter (if you’ve been there, you know who I mean), after she spent two whole minutes in the back looking for my package and came back to tell me the package absolutely wasn’t anywhere on the premises - it takes much longer as this is FAR from the first time a package of mine disappeared into thin air - the salty, rude woman told me it wasn’t her problem they didn’t have my package, it’s mine. Because of what is said on the tracking (package was out for delivery, wasn’t delivered, and said it would be sent out for delivery again the next business day… four days ago) if my package isn’t there, which was the only thing she could say with any confidence, the only other option is it was stolen. I’m sure she doesn’t have the conscience to feel guilty if I lose my job. I hope she enjoys the contents inside the box. This is worst than the time the manager - MANAGER - told me there wasn’t any way to track a package online. Hellgate Post Office is not only aptly named, but clearly where they send everyone who was just on the cusp of failing the civil service exam (there is a gentleman who’s kind and helpful. I feel bad that he has to work with such incompetent, rude people)."
"The staff is incredibly rude. One claimed I had an attitude and actually tried to keep me from my package. It was ridiculous. How are you going to deny me my package over you claiming "because I have an attitude"? When you're the one being hysterical over nothing. Be professional. It's a work setting. Highly, unprofessional staff, of course, no wonder they have such a poor rating. Get better employees."
"DONT GO THERE!!! NO VAYAS A ESTE LUGAR!!! I gave a 1-star review because there's no option for 0 stars! I went there being polite, but they received me with a nasty attitude and treated me like I was just bothering them. They didn't let me speak, finish a sentence, and even yelled at me. I am a polite person, and even though they treated me horribly, I still said 'thank you' and 'God bless you.' The people who work there don't care about customer service and don't know how to talk to people. They made a mistake, but they acted like it was my fault. I can't find words to express how I feel about them. When I left, I only prayed that I never have to come back to this location. Please be cautious if you are planning on ordering a new passport or any other document of that relevance. It seems like there may be something suspicious going on. I recently complained because my passport was marked as "delivered," but I never received it. I was home waiting for it, so something must be wrong. To my surprise, there were three other people who had the exact same issue. It's concerning to think about what could happen with all of those misplaced passports. When I brought this to their attention, they acted like nothing was wrong and made it seem like it was my fault. They were unhelpful and had a nasty attitude. No hay palabras para expresar el mal servicio de este lugar, simplemente no vayan! Me agradecerán después."
